At Spring 2018 there are twenty-one member museums plus eight heritage tourism partners in the Renfrew County Museums Network here in the largest provincial county, located in eastern Ontario northwest of Ottawa.
Most of the museums are seasonal and deal with their local history. Two have special coverage: Canadian clocks (in Deep River) and Canadian army history (in Petawawa). ALL are worth taking the time to visit.
Wherever you are travelling in our County, there is a nearby museum (or two or three!) to see.
Look for us in Arnprior, Barry's Bay, Combermere, Deep River, Eganville, Foresters Falls, Foymont, Golden Lake, Killaloe, Laurentian Hills, Pembroke, Petawawa, Renfrew, White Lake, and Wilno.
